Society depends on both artists and scientists, yet they are not valued equally. Artists enrich cultural identity, emotional understanding, and moral reflection, often influencing how people think and feel. However, scientists are generally valued more because their work delivers immediate, measurable benefits in areas such as healthcare, technology, and economic growth, which modern societies prioritise for survival and progress.

Rising healthcare costs have sparked debate over whether individuals should rely on private insurance or governments should provide free medical services. While private systems may improve efficiency and reduce public spending, they risk excluding low-income and vulnerable groups. Public healthcare, despite challenges, ensures equal access, prevents long-term costs through early treatment, and supports a healthier, more productive society overall.

Although digital tools are transforming modern classrooms, technology cannot replace teachers. While computers efficiently deliver content, teachers provide essential judgment, adapt lessons to learners’ needs, and encourage critical thinking through interaction. They also support students’ emotional, social, and moral development and help reduce inequality. Technology should therefore enhance teaching, not eliminate the human role at the heart of education.
