Sample Report 1
The diagrams presented illustrate the architectural modifications made to a trade conference venue between the years 2009 and 2010.
In essence, the revised layout of 2010 maintained all the essential features from the preceding year, introducing an additional refreshment area. The alterations encompassed a strategic repositioning of various zones within the venue, while the primary access points, the main and side entrances, remained unchanged.
Expanding on specifics, the 2009 layout depicted a registration area strategically placed between the main and side entrances, with the concert hall located on the left, equipped with seats and a stage, and the exhibition area positioned on the right. In 2010, this configuration saw significant adjustments. The registration zone was shifted to the eastern part of the venue, adjacent to the concert hall, which now occupied what was previously the exhibition area. The original spot of the registration was transformed into a refreshment zone, adding a functional enhancement to the venue's offerings.
Moreover, while the 2009 layout included a balcony and a separate meeting room adjacent to the concert hall, the 2010 redesign integrated these spaces more fluidly. The balcony was extended to include a lounge area, promoting a more cohesive and versatile use of space. Notably, the exhibition space that once dominated the central area in 2009 was omitted in the 2010 design, suggesting a streamlined approach to the venue's use for conferences, possibly to accommodate larger gatherings within the concert hall area. This restructuring reflects a thoughtful optimization of space to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency at the conference centre.

Sample Report 2
The provided diagrams delineate the layout alterations of a convention centre between the years 2009 and 2010.
Predominantly, the floor plan for 2010 retained all functionalities from 2009 but included a new refreshment area. Noteworthy is the relocation of existing facilities and the addition of a lounge to the balcony area without any modification to the main and side entrances.
In more detail, the 2009 floor plan shows a registration area centrally positioned between the main and side entrances, flanked by a concert hall to the west and an exhibition area to the east. The concert hall includes a stage and seating, while the adjacent meeting room further partitions the space. Moving to the northeast, a balcony adjoins the exhibition area. The year 2010 saw a transformation of this layout; the registration area was relocated to the east, near the concert hall, which now occupies the previous exhibition space. A new refreshment area now occupies the former site of the registration.
Furthermore, the balcony on the northeast corner in 2009 remains, but by 2010 it expands into a lounge area, enhancing the utility of this space. The concert hall's location remains largely unchanged but it now utilizes the space formerly designated for the meeting room and part of the exhibition area. The exhibition area itself is notably absent in the 2010 layout, indicating a possible consolidation of event spaces within the conference centre.
Sample Report 3
The maps illustrate two floor plans designed for the business conventions that took place in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
Overall, the floor design of 2010 has preserved all the amenities that were in the plan of 2009, with the addition of a refreshment area. All the businesses on the floor plan of 2010 have undergone a structural relocation, while the main and side entrances remain as they were in 2009.
The registration area that was located between the main and side gates in 2009 has been transformed to a refreshment area in 2010. On the southeast corner of the map for 2009, there are two rooms: the first is a music hall with seating, and the second is a conference space with a stage and chairs. In 2010, the space has become a single large room used for exhibits.
The north-eastern balcony on the map was left unaltered, but in 2010 a lounge space was constructed to it. Exhibition room, located next to the balcony in 2009, has changed its purpose to a concert hall with stage and seats in 2010. The 2010 map exhibits that the registration area is now close to the concert hall on the right side, and the exhibition area that was in the main hall in 2009 is removed.
