Overall, the data reveal that most participants were either satisfied or very satisfied with the shopping mall, while a smaller proportion expressed dissatisfaction or remained neutral. The highest satisfaction was recorded for the design of the complex, while both shops and restaurants received a varied distribution of feedback from males and females.


In terms of shops, 17 male respondents reported being highly satisfied, a number that doubled to 34 among female participants. Additionally, 45 males indicated they were satisfied with the shopping facilities, compared to 37 females. Dissatisfaction with the shops was consistent across genders, with both 20 males and 20 females sharing this opinion. Furthermore, 18 male respondents refrained from commenting on the shops, while only 9 females opted not to provide feedback.
