IELTS Task 2 Band 9 Sample Essay
Despite the fact every country relies on their own teaching system, relentless student conduct could be specified as a global issue. Teen rebellion is one of the root causes of this phenomenon, however, a well-studied support to the children by the trained people can minimise the impact.
Young people in their adolescence undergo a difficult phase, described by some as the teenage rebellion which is linked to a hormonal imbalance. This rebellion can cause some serious conflicts and troubles at school. These children experience mood swings which lead them to refuse to study or take part in class activities. In other words, they proceed to noncompliance and disobedience, which eventually lead up the outright disregard for rules of law. It can even turn out to be self-destructive attitude that could damage the children’s grades and harm themselves or others physically.
However, the most effective strategy to address this issue is to educate teachers how to respond to the rebellion adolescents. This notion lies in recognition of the reasons of misbehaviour and finding the remedy promptly. In this sense, a teacher should play the role of a guide and extinguish the negative influence. It might include protecting the teens from peer pressures, influence of familial conflicts, violent graphics, and overall negative influences of technology. Schools can also resort to teen guidance counsellors and social workers for expert assistance on this issue.
To conclude, adolescent rebellion is a major cause behind students’ unusual behaviours at schools, as it can lead to a deliberately opposing rules of norms. However, proper training for the teachers along with the involvement of experts and social workers can address this issue efficiently.
