The leftmost pie chart effectively delineates the percentage distribution of pupils across seven faculties at North West University, while the adjacent diagram highlights the geographical origins of international students who have enrolled in the arts faculty.

In general, the arts faculty appears to have the highest number of enrolments, followed closely by computing and science faculties, whereas medicine and law faculties have relatively lower numbers. However, it is noteworthy that a significant proportion of international students who have chosen to pursue the arts discipline hail from South America.

Interestingly, the data indicates that one-fourth of all students are pursuing an arts degree, while computing, science, and business degrees have attracted 22%, 21%, and 14% of students, respectively. On the other hand, only a meagre percentage of new students are enrolled in engineering, law, and medicine faculties, which stand at 9%, 6%, and 5%, respectively. Overall, the highest enrolments are in the arts, followed by computing and science, while the least registrations are in the fields of medicine and law. The bulk of international students studying the arts, however, were from South American countries.

Approximately one-fourth of all students attended an arts school, followed by computing, science and business with 22, 21, and 14 percent, respectively. Conversely, the percentages of new students who were in engineering, law, and medicine, respectively, were only 9, 6, and 5 percent. That means, with only 5 percent, medicine accounts for the lowest enrolment.

On the other hand, 79 students from South American countries made up the majority of the 112 non-US arts students that joined the university. The remaining 12 non-American students with arts background were admitted from the remaining three regions, namely Asia, Australia, and Africa, together with the 21 students who came from the European Union.
