Sample Report 1

The table offers statistics for the years 1999, 2004, and 2009 on the weights of men and women in a certain nation. Three categories—underweight, ordinary weight, and overweight—were used to categorize both male and female.

Over the course of the studied years, over half of both women and men weighed within the normal range. However, there looked to be more over- weighted males than women except for the final year, although bigger proportions of female population were regarded too skinny.

Obese males made up 30, 23, and 19 percent of the population in 1999, 2004, and 2009, respectively. Men and women were found to be equally weighted in 2004 (48 percent and 51 percent, separately), compared to the other years.

However, in 1999, the percentage of overweight women was the lowest (18%), whereas the majority of males were obese (30 percent). However, in 2009, men and women shared common ratio of having normal weight (47 percent) and overweight (19 percent). Last but not least, the average weight of the population in both groups was about normal, the percentage of overweight women remained stable, and the average weight of the males continued to fall.

Sample Report 2

The table illustrates the percentage distribution of citizens over three categories, namely under weight, normal weight and over weight in a particular country from 1999 to 2009.

Overall, the citizens with normal weight always took up the largest proportion of the population as compared to underweight and overweight over the period. However, the percentage of under weight people only had minor fluctuations between 27% to 29% for women and 20% to 23% for men throughout the given years.

The percentage distribution among three categories was quite similar for both men and women with the under weights accounting for around one fourth, normal weights representing for about half and lastly, over weights making up approximately one fifth of the population. An anomalous data can be spotted specifically for the men category in 1999 because the level of obesity in men made a rise to 30% of the population and conversely, the proportion of normal weight males dropped to the lowest value of 41%.
