Employees need to develop a work-life balance and set their goals appropriately. They must develop a timetable in which exercise should be given a reasonable time. In addition to this, job starting and ending time should strictly be followed. If, by any means, job demands long sittings regularly, an employee must talk to manager and resolve this permanently. A study shows that a person who regularly do exercises for 30 minutes a day reduces chances of heart attack by 70 % as compared to a person who does not do any exercise.

In conclusion, people who find it difficult to exercise during their working days or weekends ends up having health issues. So, work-life balance should be maintained, and employees should find sufficient time to exercise in order to keep themselves healthy.
