I writing to you to inform the problems associated with the recent repair works that had taken place in my apartment.

As you know the repair was initiated to fix the air-conditioning (AC) system. Unfortunately, it is still not cooling properly. It might be because a wide variety of debris has found its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants, resulting in a serious clog, and leading up to a system malfunction.

I would suggest that you should give a call to the original store where you purchased this AC, as they may have much more comprehensive experiences and knowledge. In addition, you should also check if this AC is still under the cover of the warranty, as this could help you save some money. Otherwise, you could purchase a new AC for the house, as it is highly imperative for me.

Meanwhile, I think you should also let your tenants know when you are planning to have the next repair work, as this could help us adjust our plan accordingly as some works of the refurbishment can create an intolerable noise.
