It has been already a week since I have heard from your shop. I am quite disheartened because it was a gift for my father's birthday, which is due tomorrow.


Hence, I am requesting that you provide a valid explanation for this long delay, and you should have at least keep me updated about the repair. I am extremely disappointed because your branch has a great reputation in the locality and I expected a good customer service, but unfortunately, you did not live up to that.


I am afraid if I do not receive the radio within three days, I will be forced to write a negative review on your social media platform. Also, I would request you either to get the work quickly or provide me with a new radio.
