I am writing the email to express my gratitude to the employee, Jack, who assisted me with finding my smartphone.


I took the bus from St. Leonards to Bondi Junction to meet my friend around 9am. While I was getting off the bus, I forgot to take my phone with me, and I called the bus service line immediately. It was Jack who picked up the phone right on time and helped me contact the bus driver based on my description. Eventually, Jack managed to revert it to me in a very short period.


As knowing the cell phone being lost, I felt so anxious that could not help but crying. Fortunately, I got a call back from Jack, he explained patiently that the driver had collected my phone and he was likely to return the Bondi Junction at noon. Receiving this incredible news, I burst into laughter. The happiness overjoyed my head and made me feel like the ecstasy of winning a huge lottery.


Well, you know smartphone has become an indispensable device in our daily life, and I am not an exception to this. Since childhood, all my friends’ details were stored in this phone, as I am yet to purchase any cloud memory room. That means, if I could not get it back, it would have been a disastrous lose for me. Thankfully, it was Jack who made my day.


Therefore, I sincerely appreciate his spontaneous help in this matter.
