Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in connection to the all-day meeting held at your hotel on 12th December 2020 for our company. After the meeting was over, a survey was conducted by the attendees’ experience at your hotel. I would like to draw your attention to the feedback.
Participants of the meeting liked your hotel location, as it is very near to all the major stations. Moreover, the mountainous view was so eye soothing that it made the delegates feel relaxed and comfortable.
However, when they were asked about food, majority of them gave unsatisfactory feedback. In fact, it was obvious that the food was not fresh at all, as it was cooked long back, which eventually degraded the quality and taste. In addition, salads were not covered properly which attracted flies all over the place.
Hence, I would suggest you cook food in time so that it remains fresh. Also, impose strict hygiene rules that apply to all the food handling activities.
I hope you will take my suggestions in a positive manner and enhance your services so that we can conduct more events at your hotel.
