Dear Mr. Thompson,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my ongoing concerns about the substandard conditions of the changing rooms at Greenfield Sports Centre, which, despite my previous complaints, remain unaddressed.
The primary issue with the changing rooms is their lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The floors are often slippery, posing a safety hazard, and the lockers are in a state of disrepair, with several of them having broken locks. Moreover, the ventilation system seems inadequate, leading to an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment.
In the past, I have raised these issues on three separate occasions. Each time, I was assured that the problems would be promptly resolved. However, to my disappointment, no significant improvements have been made. This ongoing neglect not only hampers the experience of your patrons but also raises serious health and safety concerns.
To rectify this situation, I urge you to initiate a comprehensive inspection and maintenance program for the changing rooms. This should include regular cleaning, repairing the broken lockers, and upgrading the ventilation system. Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment is imperative for the wellbeing of all users of the sports centre.
I hope my concerns will be taken seriously and prompt action will be taken to address these issues. I look forward to seeing improvements in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
James Bennett

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the changing room’s condition and your customer service.
I have recently noticed that a majority of the changing rooms’ lockers are malfunctioning. Indeed, once a person enters and locks the room, another person from outside can actually open the door: the locker does not work. Moreover, the heaters are unable to adjust the water temperature, they stop automatically after the usage of four or five minutes at most.
I already explained the matter to you staff several times. The last time I complained to the front desk, the person explained to me that the maintenance employee was on a sick leave previously but that he returned. He assured me that they would take care of the issue. I am sorry to say that this happened two weeks ago, and the lockers have not been fixed yet. I am extremely disappointed with your mismanaged changing room and poor service. Therefore, I am afraid I would cancel my membership with you if this is not done by the end of this month.
I would be grateful if you could address the matter as soon as possible, as it is very unsettling to know that someone could walk in at any moment while you are changing. Otherwise, I will be forced to find another fitness centre to work out, and at the same time, I would appreciate an apology and explanation with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
I hope my complaint will be addressed as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Craig Night

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Platinum club member and has been using your sports centre for the last three years. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of changing room and customer service.
I was assured that the changing room is comfortable and clean as the company is one of the biggest fitness centres in Hong Kong. However, there is always a lot of rubbish spread everywhere in the changing room which I am disgusted with. Hence, I find it too difficult to take a rest and change my clothes.
Secondly, I called your customer service department to ask for help straight away, but your staff did not show any interest in resolving the problem, and they said it is not their business and they are not in charge of this.
Lastly, I am extremely disappointed with your mismanaged changing room and poor service. Therefore, I am afraid I would cancel my membership with you if this is not done by the end of this month. Furthermore, I would appreciate an apology and explanation with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
I hope my complaint will be solved as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Andy Morse

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the faulty heaters in the changing rooms in the sports centre.
Let me explain the situation. Last week, I went to the sports centre to play badminton. I sweated a lot during the games; therefore, I went to shower in the changing rooms. Unfortunately, the heaters were not only unable to adjust the water temperature, but also stopped by itself after using it for five minutes. In fact, there were a number of heaters in the changing rooms with the same issue.
I reported the problem to the sports centre officers a few times last week, but all the complaints went in vain. Although he promised me to arrange someone to check for the heaters. The problem, however, was not fixed successfully.
Would you kindly help to communicate with the technician so that he or she could repair the heaters as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you could address the problem in the not-too-distant future.
I look forward to your rapid response.
Yours sincerely,
Anna Sorokin
