GT Letter Band 9 Sample

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about failing to receive my new bank card along with the letter that you had sent me.

You know that my debit card expiry is approaching closer, and that is why I asked for a new one on the other day. Afterwards, I received an envelope on November 24th to my home address in Beirut. I opened it as I was logically expecting a card inside, but unfortunately it contained only a receipt form asking for my signature.

I became suspicious and sensed some sort of fraud which is very frequent to happen these days. In addition, this situation has made me worried about the information related to the card. Therefore, please note that I do refuse to be held responsible for any misuse of this item.

Finally, I would like to request cancelling my card number 256781 immediately as a first step, and then sending a replacement with no extra charge. If you could do this, I would be grateful.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and prompt cooperation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Jessica Biel
