Sample Report 1

The tables juxtapose the viewpoints of 100 urban dwellers regarding various facets of city life in the years 1980 and 2010, covering education, retail sectors, environmental conditions, health services, transport systems, and housing.

In an overall sense, the data reveal a predominantly positive sentiment towards the assessed services in both surveyed years, with a notable increase in satisfaction across most domains over the thirty-year interval. Concurrently, the data show a decline in ambivalent responses, indicating a more decisive attitude among the population towards these services.

Specifically, the approval ratings for retail, medical services, transportation, and residential amenities experienced gains, ascending to 81%, 83%, 67%, and 65% respectively in 2010. In contrast, education saw a slight decrease in approval, dropping from 82% to 76%, while environmental satisfaction experienced a more significant decline, falling from 72% to 64%. This shift suggests a more critical perspective towards these sectors over time.

Regarding dissatisfaction, the most stark increase was noted in the environmental sector, where discontent more than doubled, rising to 20%. Housing dissatisfaction also saw an upward trend, increasing from 10% to 18%. However, there was a decrease in displeasure with health services, which fell from 12% in 1980 to just 7% in 2010. Similar improvements were noted in the transport and retail sectors, indicating enhanced service delivery in these areas. These figures highlight the dynamic changes in urban resident satisfaction and concerns over the three decades.

The charts present a comparison of the perceptions of 100 urban residents regarding various aspects of life in 1980 and 2010, specifically focusing on education, shops, environment, healthcare, transportation, and accommodation.

Overall, a majority of the residents rated the services positively in both years, with noticeable improvements in satisfaction for most areas over the three decades. Notably, the proportion of neutral opinions generally decreased, while dissatisfaction levels showed mixed trends across the categories.

Between 1980 and 2010, the satisfaction levels for shops, healthcare, transportation, and accommodation saw improvements, with positive ratings increasing to 81%, 83%, 67%, and 65% respectively. Conversely, the approval for education dropped from 82% to 76%, and more significantly, for the environment, from 72% to 64%. During this period, there was a general decline in neutral opinions, suggesting a polarization of views where more residents felt strongly, either positively or negatively, about the services.

On a less positive note, the dissatisfaction with the environment saw a notable rise, escalating from 8% to 20%. Similarly, disapproval for accommodation increased from 10% to 18%. Conversely, negative sentiments decreased in healthcare, with only 7% expressing discontent in 2010, down from 12% in 1980. The transport and shop sectors also witnessed reductions in dissatisfaction. Sample Report 3

The tables illustrate the outcome of a study, which was run on a group 100 residents of a specific urban area, to understand their level of satisfaction with different services, namely education, shops, environment, healthcare, transport, and accommodation in the span of 30 years, from 1980 to 2010. The score is divided into three categories, good, neither good nor bad, and bad.

Overall, in both periods, almost two thirds of the people ranked good for all the six aspects, and their happiness with most of these services increased over the time. However, though the number of people with neutral opinions decreased, half of the services experienced worse ranking during this period.

On the one hand, in this 30-year range, around 60 to 80 percent of the residents always voted good for all the facilities, though their ranking on education and environment declined from 82 and 72 to 76 and 64, respectively. However, in case of the other areas, such as shops, healthcare, transportations and accommodation, the level of their satisfaction increased to 81, 83, 67 and 65, compared with their corresponding figures of 1980. Meanwhile, apart from environment, people’s tendency to remain neutral in opinion dropped for all these services in this 30-year interval.

On the other hand, the number of people who were not happy at all with the services such as health care and transportation decreased to 7 people from 12 and 11 individuals from 14. Also, the dissatisfaction regarding the shop facilities dropped from 14 to 10 over the period. However, in 2010, the number of people, who marked themselves entirely unhappy with education, environment, and accommodation, increased to 11, 20 and 18, respectively.
